Marinas Catering was established in 2014. We started catering small to mid-sized events for family, friends, public schools, and fundraising events. Business began to grow at a great pace, which allowed us to expand into weddings, large-scale banquets, and corporate events at venues.
With our expansion into the wedding market, we cater over 100 weddings a year.
Marinas Catering is a fully licensed and insured company. We can also adjust our insurance coverage based upon the requirements of the venue.
Unfortunately, we are not licensed to serve alcohol; however, we have a list of bar vendors that are licensed and provide impeccable service with competitive pricing.
Marinas Catering is based in the Central Florida area; however, we are more than willing to travel where you need our services.
We do require a minimum of 50 guests to provide full-service.
Because we do offer delivery and full-service options, there is a small service fee added of $125 to your Invoice.
We suggest that you secure your date as soon as you are able. Our company policy is that we do not double book events. We cater one banquet per day, so when your date is gone, it is gone. We have secured dates as far as two years in advance.
Yes, we are more than capable of providing menu options for those with dietary restrictions. We offer some vegan, vegetarian, and gluten free options.
Catering Managers do remain onsite for the entire duration of the reception dinner.
We do have a preset menu; however, we will try to accommodate your needs and requests for special dishes.
Unfortunately, we do not cut other cake designer's cakes.
Yes, we do offer tastings for a flat fee of $100 per couple per menu passage.

Marinas Catering is responsible for cleaning up the catering items and area only. Please note, Marinas Catering is not responsible for cleanup or damages to the event space. We do not remain onsite for the entirety of the event. Catering area is broken down once dinner service is complete.
The final guest count must be received no later than thirty (30) days prior to the event date.
Yes, we do accept credit cards with a 3.5% service fee. We also offer monthly payments on all contracts.
