Amazing food made by great people

The best food ! I had little leftovers and everyone stuffed themselves. I even had some guests call to come over my house for some more ! The cheesecake was delicious and such a good choice. My husband and I joked “if we could marry the cake we would” thank you for being the best part of the wedding

I used Marinas Catering for my wedding this month (April, 2021). Al was great to work with from day one. He is so nice and professional, and he worked with me to customize a menu to fit my budget and met the strict dietary restrictions of some of my guests. All of the food was absolutely delicious and I received a ton of compliments from my guests. I loved everything on the menu, but the bruschetta bites, chicken alfredo, and the vanilla cake with cheesecake filling were my absolute favorites! The onsite servers were wonderful. They were friendly, efficient, and even made sure that the wedding party got the waiter passed hors d’oeuvres while we were taking pictures. No one left my wedding hungry and I have nothing by great things to say about the food and service. I would highly recommend Marinas catering and would use them again for any catering needs!

Thank you all so very much for catering our wedding celebration. We had sooooooo much food left over the through another party the next day 😂😂😂. The communication with us was perfect, calls, text messages, emails...they were very proficient and thorough.

Whoa, I was blown away by the service that was provided. When I hired Marinas catering I had not did a food tasting due to COVID so I was going in blind and hoping for the best. The food was deeeeelicious!!!!!! I am so happy we had some left over to take home that’s how much I enjoyed it! Al was just great all around I told him that my fiancé now husband is deaf. Last night May 15th we had a server that knew sign language. When I realize that she was signing to my husband I was shocked to see that Al made sure we were covered. Now that’s what you call catering to the bride and groom. Thank you so very much for that it made my night more enjoyable knowing that I did not have to do all the interpreting. Thank you thank you!!

The ziti and the chicken were so flavorful and were a huge hit! The sausages were done well too! I am so happy that we chose Al and his team for our big day. With them, you get so much more than just a caterer! Book them ASAP!

Al has been extremely accommodating during the pandemic. Bless his heart for putting up with me! I have been on the fence and have changed my mind so many times and he has always had a solution to my problem. I have changed my dates to February and he has checked up on me to make sure that everything is still going smoothly. I cannot wait to finally have his delicious food at our wedding. It was a five star experience. The food was hot and delicious. The bread was warm and fresh, the dressing was amazing. The staff was on point and extremely attentive, definitely recommend them to anyone. Such great service we already booked the next event with them. We had to cancel our fully paid wedding 6 days before the special date - due to COVID. in this trying time Marinas Catering has been more then great and accommodating. We haven’t actually had the wedding yet, having to postpone twice now because of COVID, but Marinas Catering has been extremely understanding and flexible! When we first came to them to push it back, we expected some trouble rescheduling and possible fees for postponing, but they were so wonderful, saying they will make any day work regardless if they had another event, and didn’t charge us extra. Our experience with them before everything fell apart was also great, with the opportunity to try some of the delicious and very affordable menu options before booking and they have been easy to contact and communicate with from the beginning.

Al and his staff knocked it out of the park from beginning to end. Food and staff were just as we expected it would be on our big day. We got tons of compliments on how good the food taste, even from the picky eaters. Great service for a great price! We would highly recommend Al and his staff! Thank you guys!

I'm so happy I stumbled upon Marina's catering! I got everything I could've asked for. I'm a very simple person and just wanted some nice southern comfort food and they met and exceeded my expectations and I couldn't be happier with the outcome. The staff were very professional and thoughtful as well!

From the moment I began talking to Marinas they made me feel like I was hiring a company that cared about my wedding as much as I did. They met me at my venue and talked through the details. They came up with many things I hadn't thought of and were completely flexible with my ideas. The food was fabulous and many of the guests commented about it later.

Since day one, they were responsive and cared for all of our needs. Super personable, calling us by name since our first call , and being extremely detail-oriented with their service. Al is absolutely wonderful and we can’t thank him enough for being such a great person to work with. Our daughter's wedding was on December 8th, 2018. Marinas Catering was professional and well presented. The food was very good. I would recommend Marinas for any event.

Al is a very personable caterer and his staff is equally friendly, courteous, and professional. My daughter and her husband chose a country themed food selection for their wedding reception and it was plentiful and tasty. We had pulled pork and chicken with mac and cheese, green beans, corn, salad, baked beans, rolls, lemonade, tea, iced water, and coffee. The appetizers were very good, too. The papi sticks are awesome and so are the meatballs! Al jumped in and helped when our bartenders were late and put out sodas and waters I had purchased out for the cocktail hour so that my husband didn't have to do it. Bring containers because there will be extra to savor later! They also make sure the bride and groom eat and they even make to go boxes for them for later! They are also affordable. I highly recommend Marina's Catering!

Your wedding is a major life event, we choose Marinas Catering because they are a family company. Al was very easy to work with and his boys and their staff made our daughters wedding an incredible culinary tour of Latin foods.
